Simply create a customer account on our website, and you’ll be automatically enrolled. You can access your points anytime by clicking the Rewards button at the bottom left corner of the site.

You’ll earn 5 Points for every $1 spent, plus extra points for actions like following us on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook — and even celebrating your birthday.

How do I redeem my points?

Open the Rewards panel and select Ways to Redeem.Every 100 Points = $1 off your next purchase. You can use them right away or save up for something special.

How much is 100 points worth?

Every 100 Points = $1 in store credit.For example, 500 Points gives you $5 off your order.

Do my points ever expire?

No, your points stay active as long as your account remains open and active. We want your blessings to stay with you.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link (found in the Rewards panel).Your friend gets $8 off their first purchase, and you’ll receive $8 off once they complete it. Everyone wins!

Where can I find my referral link?

Click the Rewards button on our site, scroll to the Refer Friends section, and copy your unique link. You can also share it via Facebook or email directly from there.

Can I use multiple discounts in one order?

Only one discount code can be used per checkout, but you can save your points and redeem them for larger discounts in the future.

Can I earn points for previous purchases?

Points start accumulating from the day you join Shivaya Rewards. Unfortunately, earlier purchases made before joining aren’t eligible for retroactive points.
